"Close to work location & Airport"

"Zero sleep. Checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to the Lifts. Same thing happened the week before at their sister Novotel in same complex. I'm assuming these are the rooms for Expedia guests. Amazing that the soundproofing is excellent on the outside so that you hear no planes and yet, inside, the Lifts are so loud it sounds like planes ... all night, constant. Sleepless night was had. Not sure what we paid the high price for. Should provide ear plugs for guests in those rooms. Attempt at...

The male staff member we spoke to the next morning to make we had checked out correctly, refused to look me in the eye. Would only look at my husband even when I smiled and tried to speak to him. "Easy place to stay when travelling. Stayed here before an international flight. Was easy and convenient. A complimentary hotel bus drops and picks up from airport. Our car was able to stay at hotel for the whole time and the price was amazing for the duration. Much Much cheaper then airport car parking."

"This hotel was a great discovery and is now one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. We had a one-bedroom cabin and it was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was large with a double sink vanity & the shower had both a rain head & hand-held shower heads. We loved the little kitchenette and the absolute best part were the amazing views & gorgeous sunsets! We ate at the 'Cucina 3064' restaurant on site for breakfast & dinner--the coffee, food & service was top notch!...

"Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all. "
