"Firstly the staff were lovely BUT the ocean view pool villa was nothing like the photos on Expedia. The photos show a beautiful view from the villa and the pool, we got the villa with another building straight in front that blocked the view, very deceiving photos. Also building works going on all day, 112 steps down to the beach and restaurants, 63 steps up to the road. We did not know about the steps so this limited our outings, not recommended for older people like ourselves."

"What you see online is what you get in person. It was a beautiful room and property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they do struggle a bit speaking English, but they get their job done). It was a bonus that there is a full gym and lap pool that we had entirely to ourselves when we were there!"

"I just finished an amazing 2 week stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also very easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. The common areas were immaculately kept (everything outdoors swept at least 2x per day). The pool was so clean and inviting and a great central feature in the common area. "We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa."

"This property is a hidden gem at the end of a dusty road, a quick walk away from the Tamarind beach. The owners are clearly very proud of their little hotel and it makes for an absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast is simple but hearty, the pool is a cool haven on a hot day, and the courtyard is an enclave of peace and quiet. "

Mushroom Bay is the only place we’d stay on Nusa Lembogan - beautiful, swimable beach and much quieter than other parts of the island, but it had everything we needed for a 4 day stay.
