"This B&B is chocked full of quaint and eclectic charm. It was a comforting and affordable stay during a challenging time visiting my brother in ICU at WYNN. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. "

"Do not rely on canceling online before deadline, Expedia showed the room was canceled but they did not honor it , make sure you call and ask for proof of cancellation otherwise the online portal will show the reservation active after couple days and charge your card , Expedia rep will deny liability. very bad experience with Expedia, don't rely on what is confirmed on the screen. "The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay."

"Hot tub was not working properly both days, hot tub needed to be cleaned. door in pool area maint room door needed to either be replaced as it is very un sightly with rust. Better food for continental breakfast."

"Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent."

"We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions."

"I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund."

"The Rosemont is a beautiful old B&B. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the proprieters were very helpful and available. The breakfast was nicely done and delicious. As with most older B&Bs it needs a little paint and repair and while I loved the clawfoot tub and the huge bathroom, it was a little rundown and rickety. I would still choose the Rosement over a soulless modern hotel, as long as you don't mind the tradeoffs."

"I was met by Jon at the front desk. He was very friendly and helped me out with an issue. All the staff were great and friendly! Room was awesome and place was clean. Breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. Coffee was amazing, freshly ground and available 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here."
