beside a small fairground that runs till about 10pm, but really great and healthy breakfast options. Really great 24hr pool with friendly concierge and a night time poolside bar.

Everything was good for a one night stop over! The only negative was it took about 45 minutes to check in due to there only being one person working the counter who wasn’t very speedy or efficient (one person in front of me) and the room was HOT.

There was 5 of us,we all had a great time.Everything was clean and fresh in our room and the whole property seemed to be as well.The breakfast and pool area was great.We had a great view from the 7th floor,watched deer from our window in the wooded area behind the pool.Everything was close and we didn’t even move our vehicle at all until we checked out,kids had a great time at the fun spot and the game room in the lobby.We will definitely be back!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could use a little variation but definitely good. Except one day had hard over cooked Omelettes. Bed were comfy. The pool and hot tub were nice and open 24hrs! Clean hotel and the staff was amazing to us. The cleaning lady on floor 4 was so sweet to us every day. And the front desk was very good to us even though we arrived extremely early. We weee able to leave our bags with the front desk our last day and enjoy the pool as our flight wasn’t til later that night. Didn’t expect the small amusement park and Street of stores and restaurants (OLD TOWN) to be right there that was a definite PLUS! And many restaurants to easily walk to including a liquor store and mini mart. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for everything!

What a wonderful and convenient place to stay. They have a heated pool which was perfect for the time of year and it is open 24hours. The hotel is located near some fun parks and my favorite was an area of food trucks where we found the most delicious dinners. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4

Beautiful location. Great staff. I love the fact the pool area is open 24hrs. I just thought the breakfast selection could improve and the elevator is extremely slow, but overall a great experience.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was we were on the seventh floor and our ice machine did not work so if we needed ice, we had to go down to the sixth floor every time, even after alerting the staff a couple of times. Also, the elevators seemed a little outdated they probably need to be updated. They moved really slow, other than that, the area was really convenient. We were across the street from old town And fun spot so we were able to walk across first night there enjoy the festivities. I’ve never been to old town

Rosie at the front desk is superb! I just wish the property owner of this hotel or the corporate office will do something to update their elevator!! For many years they don’t do anything about this! A turtle maybe has a better way of speeding themselves up! It is annoying to deal with their elevator!

The Property is perfect for it's location. There is literally an amusement park across the street. Kids would love this place. For me it's central location allowed my guests and I a great staging point to go see attractions within driving distance on both coasts. The suite i stayed in was nice, reasonably priced but a little dated. The pool and hot tub were nice. The morning breakfast was fairly simple but we only ate breakfast out one day of the six i stayed here. A positive experience overall and i would stay here again when I come back to Kissemee. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was pretty outdated and details of cleanliness overlooked with dirty floors, windows, and elevator floors full of trash. People were smoking right by the entrance and you had to walk right through it. Housekeeping was not up to par, hairs in the bathtub, nerd candy and box left under the end table, my 4 year old son found someone’s old pills on the floor. Pool area was cleanish and the continental breakfast with Mickey waffles was the saving grace for this hotel. Breakfast was okay, hash browns or breakfast potatoes would have been a great addition and probably would have gained 1 more star.
