Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very poor communication, took almost an hour to get into my condo that I rented. Couldn’t check in 30 minutes early, mattress in the master was like 60 years old, nothing left of it ready, horrible night sleep. Nothing was really like it was described. It’s a distance to most things around you. And they won’t do anything for you after you complain about it. Poor service and bad first impression of visiting Florida for the first time.
