Nothing to be like except near to the airport. Other than everything is terrible no wifi , no reception available I stayed the whole night outside the room because the room card didn't work and there is nobody at the reception, no help desk. Room dirty, ants and cockroaches are everywhere. The insurance for any reason will be confiscated. I regretted to stay there.

It’s bad hotel bad service. They are crook line different pictures online hotel the stuff behind a glass window it’s in safe for a family and the kids. It’s terrible hotel faulty bad service.

Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter .

Keycards only work half the time, have to drag suitcase through multiple puddles to get from front desk to room, no hot water

The pictures are not what this place looks like. It's run down and the lobby won't take cards, cash only. Old EconoLodge that needs to be condemned.

The hotel doesn’t look like anything on the website. The lobby don’t look like a normal place to check in. Walking to the rooms was scary due to the conditions of the buildings and the surrounding parking lots. The rooms was larger but not the type of room you would want to stay in. The bathroom had rust around the door fasteners and tub, The room entrance, the door was too high off the floor, where you can see under the door.

ATENCIÓN!!! 2026 Fotos falsas no caigan aquí. El hotel pareciera que está abandonado. En dónde está ubicado es peligroso. La tarjeta que te dan para abrir se trancan. Horrible horrible. No vayan. Denuncien esto no se coló está operando.

Horrible. They don’t have a sign and individuals reside within the facility. Hygiene is horrendous if the outside looks abounded. People who were on or taking substance around the perimeter as well.

We couldn't get in. I want refund. 2 other couples showed up same time and one waiting in car for an hour and the other dropped off by Uber and we had no choice after long day of travel to find another reliable more expensive sour of the moment spot in order to get long overdue sleep. We are pissed

This place was terrible, fresh blood on the box spring cover. They charge a $50.00 cash deposit. The place has an Econolodge sign. They make you wait in the lobby for someone to check your room before they give your deposit back. The cheap price was not worth the horrible smell and vibe. The lobby is closed from 11:00 to 7;00 so if the key that they warm up gets deactivated you’re locked out until the morning. 😫

I informed hotel about my late checkin. Upon arriving hotel at midnight, I was surprised to see that the doors were closed and there was no way to get in or do the check in. No phone number to contact, nothing. I was stranded midnight with 2 kids. Terrible experience.

This is the worst hotel ever stay, in terms of service and convenience , worst check in experience, asking for cash deposit , No ATM on side , no front desk service from 12 am to 7 am , the facilities very dirty and disgusting, customer service the worst, very disappointing from Expedia even listing this disgusting hotel .
