The property was very clean. Had a few troubles with getting in the main gate but after a few days realized we were not the only ones having issues. The house was cozy and spacious. The only downside was the beds and pillows werenā€™t as comfortable as weā€™re used to. Wifi was great private pool was a bonus, kids were in it steady lol. Over all a great experience. Would definitely recommend it , as it was very close to all amenities and the parks! Great vacation!

The house is very well decorated. Bedrooms are super cool with each room having its own theme. My only complaint which was a major pain is the sliding door to the pool. It constantly gets stuck and is off track. My 13 year old went out on back patio to read and got stuck outside for 30 minutes because the door wouldnā€™t open. I couldnā€™t even open it for him and had to get my husband. The door really needs to be replaced or fixed. The company is aware because the instructions to get into the home stated the door sometimes gets stuck. Sometimes is an understatement. We also turned it in first day of stay and maintenance came and just put it back on track which is what my husband kept doing. They were very prompt with fixing other issue which was freezer door handle coming off. They are quick to respond to you by email. The walk to the water park is about 10 minutes. Lazy River is decent but make sure you get there early they run out of tubes quickly. Overall nice place to stay.

We honestly had a very bad experience. The house was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. We had to clean the terrace ourselves using a hose and soap because it was very dirty and had animal droppings stuck on the floor. Additionally, we had to check out one day early because maintenance never came to fix our internet, even though we made several requests and called multiple times to inform that we did not have internet. We have decided to leave because the condition of the property did not meet our expectations, including the cleanliness and the services provided. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

We were charged for a shelf in the refrigerator that we did not break $80.00. Nothing was BROKEN!! Just a way to get more money. If you stay here video everything. They probably have a list of things that if you don't point it out you will be charged. I wonder how many people they have charged for the same shelf that is not broken!!!!! Also, huge extra fee to heat the pool. That never gets warm,

La casa de vacaciones estuvo excelente. Todo muy lindo, en especial la decoraciĆ³n de las habitaciones que a los niƱos les encantĆ³. La casa tiene todas las comodidades como en mi propia casa y tiene muy buena ubicaciĆ³n con supermercados , tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Todo estaba muy limpio y acogedor. La piscina es pequeƱa pero el agua estaba con perfecta temperatura y ademĆ”s el home club estaba muy bueno para la diversiĆ³n. Me encantĆ³
