The place itself was okay and accurate to description, however we encountered several issues while we were there. First, we had 4 cars coming. The host was unaware that the property has a car limit and 1/4 of our party was turned away at the gate. While communication was excellent, their only solution was for us to park at Publix overnight and risk getting towed and the host "cannot be held responsible for it." This was just handled poorly. Moreover the first 2 days of our days were almost unbearable due to there being mold in 3 of the bathrooms and the a/c non-stop cooling to a frigid 59°. I will say the response, cleaning, and fixing was very fast as they came the next day after the report, but it took a while for the smell to disperse and to adjust the temp/get rid of humidity. Getting in to the property was a hassle as well sometimes. There were a lot of 4-way stop signs which caused huge traffic delays somedays. And the entrance to get checked in was a bit stressful as people were turning in from both ways and there was a long line for each as they took down everyone's details and checked everyone's car plates every time. There are no e-passes. At first there was a QR code after check in, but even after that they kept stopping everyone to check the plates which caused delays. This is also a pro though as security was great (considering we had to leave patio door open for warmth on first day).
