It was farther away from everything than expected. The pool area was not cleaned up when we arrived. There was food crumbs and the table was dirty. We found a vacuum in the garage and used it to feel better about it. Our kids enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. A courtesy call would have been nice a few days before hand to go over somethings with us verbally. (You pay around $25 more/day to have the pool heated)
