"The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. My room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated coming back to a fresh, clean space each day. The room itself was very clean, and the air conditioner worked properly, which made my stay comfortable.
The staff truly made my experience even better. The front desk receptionist, Adrianna (if I’m spelling her name correctly), was absolutely polite and displayed outstanding customer service skills. She greeted my partner and me every morning with kindness and professionalism. Corey and another young man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch were also wonderful. They helped with our bags and greeted us daily, always making us feel welcomed.
A special mention to Mr. Eddie he was a book of knowledge when it came to New Orleans! If you wanted to know anything about the city, he could tell you, and he even shared interesting things about himself as well. He added a personal touch that made our visit memorable.
I was actually sad that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to Adrianna before leaving. Staff members like her truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality shown throughout my visit."
