Liv and co is a great place to stay. Its modern and clean. The facilities are good considering its an apartment. Theres lots of parking. The service from the staff was great.

WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!! Staying again, hopefully soon!!!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Beide Pools waren sauber und sehr schön zum Entspannen. Die täglichen Aktivitäten waren ebenfalls eine nette Abwechslung - besonders der Yoga Brunch.

This hotel is really in a remote area, but it’s new and very clean. There is a little market that you can buy some fruits, pasta, and more in the lobby. The staff was great as well!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Liv & Co. Die Unterkunft ist äusserst sauber und die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, man merkt, dass sich das Team Mühe gibt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich, allerdings mit 18 Euro etwas teuer. Die Lage ist neben einer Autobahn etwas laut, jedoch gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist – viele schöne Orte sind so gut erreichbar.

Das Haus war sehr schön und relativ neu. Die Zimmer hatten eine angemessene Größe mit viel Stauraum, außer in einem Badezimmer, da gab es keine Ablagefläche und in einer Dusche war die Armature locker. Es gab zwar eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, aber Kaffeekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Am ersten Tag hatten wir ein Geschirrtuch, dass dann aber mitgenommen wurde und nie wieder ersetzt wurde. Der Toaster und der Fön hatten einen Typ C Stecker, obwohl es nur britische Steckdosen im Haus gibt. Der Fön funktionierte, aber der Toaster war definitiv kaputt. Hat uns nicht sehr gestört, da wir Frühstück dazugebucht hatten. Einmal hätten wir ihn aber gebraucht. Das Frühstück war durchgehend vegetarisch und anfangs sehr gut, je länger die Woche dauerte desto weniger Angebot gab es und war dann eintönig. Der Pool wurde leider nicht, wie anfangs versprochen, täglich gereinigt. In den Ecken waren immer die gleichen Spinnweben. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da wir mit dem Auto die Insel rund um Larnaka erkundeten.

We would 100% stay there again but there are a few ways that it could improve. 1. The breakfast is 15 euros per person but it wasn’t value for money. The way it could be improved is to cover the food to stop flies. The tea / coffee machine wasn’t working. More options for cereals which is an easy win like cornflakes. More options for the omelettes like ham or onions or tomatoes etc. 2. There were some events that meant we didn’t have access to the roof top swimming pool and the wedding music was really loud but honestly we get it but it would be good to have a better heads up so we aren’t kept up late. 3. There are two pools I would recommend having vending machines or at least to have someone there to offer drinks or snacks while you sit at the pool that is definitely a missed opportunity. What we really liked was the cards with food, restaurants, things to do - amazing that was a lovely add. We really liked the gym which was really nice but would suggest a water machine or a vending machine with water bottles. We liked the amenities in the rooms they were really good but we thought we had a washing machine in the room which is incorrect for the flats you have to go downstairs to use them which is included. Parking is amazing would recommend renting a car. Really close to Larnaca and 30 mins to Napa, all easy to find with hire car.

Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay. We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant. My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed for 6 nights and found the experience disappointing overall, especially considering the price. The apartment looks better in photos than in real life. The furniture is basic and not very comfortable. The building is recent, but its outside finishes feel like from the 1980s. The shower leaked due to poor construction, and hot water took a long time to arrive — with no pressure at all in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly equipped: no paper towels, olive oil, scissors, oven mitts, or proper knives. The dish soap was completely ineffective. Cooking and cleaning were frustrating. Service had some issues. The receptionist tapped our card for €800, which blocked it. There was confusion at check-in, and the crib wasn’t ready. We requested a high chair, which never arrived, and we received no follow-up during our entire stay. The private street was noisy, with manhole covers banging, delivery trucks beeping, and voices echoing into the apartment and corridor — likely due to the absence of door thresholds. From our balcony — even though it faced away from the highway — we could still hear highway noise, probably due to sound bouncing off nearby buildings. The same noise was noticeable from the rooftop. On a positive note, the rooftop was nicely designed and welcoming. Also, the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Some of these issues could be easily improved, and we hope the property takes steps to enhance the guest experience.

The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four. The showers are a little small though. The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more. The facilities were good. Everything you could want. The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was. The thing that lets it down is the outside area. The exit off the main road is uneven and not even a proper road as the buildings either side are not finished. It’s only about 25 metres but you have to drive slowly. The area of the complex is a little remote as it is on the outskirts of Oroklini. A car is a definite requirement to get around as you can’t really walk to anywhere. On the whole we had a fab time. It suited us as a family of 11 and 3 generations.

This is a new property. It’s a little remote so you need a car but everything is not too far. The apartments are immaculate, fully equipped with all the necessities required for self-catering or takeout. Staff friendly & helpful. Great pool on the roof.
