Stay far away. This is literally an Econolodge that has been recently purchased (the sign hasn’t even changed). Staff is obnoxiously rude. Good place to stay if you are a prostitute?

We had to pay $30.00 more per night than our friends that were also staying there, just because there were only 2 rooms available when I booked my room. I will not stay there again.

The property is called econo Lodge not what it's advertised as. The phone number on the web page goes to the headquarters and there is not a phone number for that particular motel. Which makes it hard to find. Service was great breakfast was okay.

The shower was awful. The water would turn HOT and it was impossible to change the temperature. Also, the guy at the desk made a comment to me that was slightly out of line, but otherwise he was friendly. He should save his opinions for friends & family (especially the uninformed opinions). Otherwise, the place was clean and reasonably comfortable.

It was not good, the safety lock on door was broke. The bath mat was torn up. The light above the sink made so much noise you could not leave it on long. We had to get help to unlock our door, there was a trick to opening it. If you did not do it correct you couldn't get in. The curtain was not attached all the way across. Trash can by pool was over flowing the whole weekend, was never cleaned up. Not worth the money we spent!!

Room had ripped, torn and holes in carpeting. During 2 day stay never was able to get enough ice to fill 1 glass, ice machine was always empty! 2nd day opened curtains and left room by 6:45am, returned at 3pm. Room had it been cleaned, no clean linens. Went to office, sign on door said gone until 3pm. After 4pm has to just take all dirty linen to office and exchange for clean, room was never cleaned and hotel never said anything! Worst experience to date of my 61 years of age. Would never recommend to anyone. Hotel sign said “waffles, hotel never mentioned any type of breakfast or had any info available about the waffles. Was bad experience, bad facility, bad customer service.

Tried to cancel second night, he refused. I had stayed there three years ago and would not have stayed again but he had changed the name of the place. Smelled, nasty, three things broken or not working in room. Owner is a rude, sarcastic jerk. Part of ceiling in vending area missing and full of black mold. Railing held up by a board next to entrance door. Old mattress in hall by our room. Handicap parking a steep hill climb to room entrance. No pool open, no breakfast, No daily room maintenance or supplies refreshed. Charged me for missing/damaged property on my deposit. The website shows a red bar saying "permanently closed". The previous listing was for Econo Lodge, they canceled his franchise, looks like OYO just did the same. Last time I called the city and they came in and found MULTIPLE problems, I will be calling them again today. The place needs to be shut down and him out of business.

As with many places down in Osage Beach this is a dated property. However, although it may not have all the latest high end or modern amenities it was clean and well kept. It was comfortable and accommodating. Staff was friendly and it served our needs for the trip.

Not too bad

Had some problems checking in. Front desk person was very rude. I called a week a head of yime and asked for a first floor room for myself and my disabled husband. When we checked in we were given a third floor room and was not offered anything else. Room was clean. One trash can for the entire room outside the bathroom. Kind of gross to carry feminine products out into the room to dispose of.
