This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price

The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was really spacious and very clean. It was a most welcoming environment . I would most definitely stay there again as a first choice in Osaka. Central with lots to see and do. My favourite hotel on a long trip.

Location is perfect. Quite near to train stations and walkable distance to Dontoburi where you will find Osaka’s famous street foods and restaurants. Shopping is perfect there too.

The place was very clean and easy to get to. A lot of shopping areas and food within walking distance. Dontonbori was within walking distance as well and the metro line is easily accessible making it so that we could go sightsee everywhere. The staff were really nice as well. I would come back!

Very good location, close to the trains Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were quite large in comparison to other places we stayed in Japan. Would recommend and stay here again.

Design of the hotel is unique and very upscale. Loved the lobby, restaurant on-site. Food is amazing (prepaid breakfast) at the restaurant and the tea/drink place in the lobby. Location was great to walk to major attractions the mall, and Namba train station. Taxi is available right outside. Staff are professional and house keeping is immaculate. The room is spacious and wonderfully decorated. Best bedding I’ve slept in Japan. Will come here to stay again when I come back to Osaka.

Very spacious room compared with other hotel in Japan! I picked the one with kitchen so I can make something simple to eat , and the building is new and clean. A bit far from shopping area like 10 mins walk but I think it is ok. Hotel is located on street with toys and animation if you like Japan toys!

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great, especially the staff on duty Yoshie at the check out on 25 March. She was really really polite, helpful and pleasant. All the other staff was friendly as well. Worth the price. Breakfast can be a bit better but then, there are lots of food around anyways if one wishes to eat out. Kuromon market is just a stone’s throw away and also namba. You can walk to dotonburi. However, for the elderly, this might not be the best place unless you’re driving as the train station is about 500m away.

Very nice big, functional rooms, excellent beds, good sitting and work spaces. Very nice lobby. Staff was helpful getting taxis and providing directions. Expedia VIP “perk” was the only minor disappointment - supposed to be a “welcome beverage”, but you could only get coffee or tea with the coupon, so sort of nothing that a nice hotel shouldn’t already have on offer for free. A glass of wine in the nice lobby would have been something.

Staff was amazing! Great check in - they’ll even hold your luggage for you so you can drop off before check-in! I was using the gym and the water machine wasn’t working. Staff came in and got it working within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this chain and this hotel specifically!

We had a nice stay. Very walkable area to metro, shopping, and dining options. Close walk to Dotonbori. There were construction taking place across the street, so if you like to sleep in you may to request a room on the backside of the hotel.

Honestly one of the best experience ever. Large and clean rooms with very attentive service crew. We did not ask for daily towel change but it was done for us anyway! 24h concierge as well. Hotel services for services apartment!

Beautiful building oozing style and safistication, very large rooms especially in rhe 4th floor, apartment style. Fab gym also on the 4th floor. Good breakfast choice, close yo shopping area but far enough away to be quiet.
