Every item had its place. All the lights and tech in the room worked perfectly. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms had every necessity one would need for a stay. From a shoe horn to makeup removal pads etc. Location next to Shin Osaka made it a breeze to get from Kansai airport to the hotel direct. The only things missing were a magnified mirror for shaving and one brighter light but I am nit picking. This is the place to stay.
