Walking distance from the train station, which was awesome! The place is very clean and looks fairly new. A bit of noise in the morning due to some works being done at the building or close by. However, that wasnt a huge issue as you wake up early when on holidays to maximise your day🙂.

大阪でのLIVEのため、いつもはホテルですが今回初めてコンドミニアム的な宿泊施設を利用しました。４人で2泊でしたが、部屋の広さは充分で、風呂、トイレキッチンの水回りはとても清潔。2、3泊以上滞在するには自炊するのに必要な調理器具も揃っていて何一つ不自由はありませんでした。 また、今回は15時からのチェックインのところ13時ごろ早目に荷物だけ預けたいという要望も快諾していただきとても助かりました。 また大阪に行く時は是非利用したいと思います

家電が充実

いつも大阪旅行の時に利用しています。洗濯機もあり、浴室乾燥機もあり、長期滞在時や、夏の滞在時など、洗濯ができ助かります。 今回、宿泊時に熱が出て、とても困ったのですが、冷凍庫があり、保冷剤を少し入れていてくれて助かりました。

2階の生活音気になる人は注意

立地は良いです。 駅からも近く、周辺にスーパーや回転寿司などあるので飲食には困りません。 1階と2階と宿泊が出来、私たちは1階に4人で宿泊。 基本的にお部屋はとても綺麗でした。 他の方のコメントにもありましたが、2階の生活音が聞こえます。気になる方はご注意ください。 まだ少し夜は気温が低かったこともあり、事前に毛布をお願いしていましたが、当日部屋に準備がなく問い合せたところ「エアコンで対応してほしい」とのことでしたが、非常に残念でした。 冬だったら…多分キツイです。
