The size of the room was large for Japanese rooms. Very spacious. Staff was very polite and friendly. Set up like being at an apartment, was nice.

Lovely place with wonderful staff!
This place was amazing, especially for the location and price. It was a little outside of the city proper, which means it wasn't so busy, which was nice. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful, and the reception area had many amenities for free - they obviously work to anticipate your needs even before you have them! The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, safe, and a washer/dryer combo, which is great when you're in Japan for two weeks! I wanted to mention the breakfast in particular. The staff in the breakfast area is exceptional! As a celiac, it was so appreciated that they have allergen labels on the breakfast items. They'll even make you scrambled eggs that are gluten free! One young gentleman in particular deserves mention (so sorry I didn't get his name). He was extremely friendly, helpful, and we became good friends in the short time we were there. He helped me learn even more Japanese than I knew going in, and we had some pretty good conversations, as he has a natural curiosity and asked some great questions! This place was clean, convenient, and a lovely place to stay in Osaka!

Location great, service and hotel not so much.
Location is good as it is close to the long Shinsabashi corridor. However, first experience of the hotel is that there were no staff members on the ground floor. Seemed a bit awkward to have an entire building for the hotel and to not have at least have personnel working there. Hotel lobby is at the top floor of the building. Check-in was fine and no issues there. However, once we got into the room it was not as great. Photos on the website are deceptive. The room is actually very small in comparisons to the pictures and does not look like the size as stated. Anyways, our room had a disgusting odor once we walked in. Thought by flushing water down the toiler, tub, and sink along with turning on the AC would make it okay, but tit seemed to get even worse. Could no longer stand it and asked the hotel to change rooms. The hotel was accommodating and gave us an upgraded room as there were no other comparable rooms available. The other room was a lot better and did not have a smell. Room size was a lot better and overall this room was better than the twin sized room. I would recommend this larger two twin with sink and table room if you want to book a room at this hotel. It was a bit shocking that the hotel could not let us leave our luggage at their lobby/reception area on the day of checkout. The hotel has a luggage storage area on the first floor right next to the entrance. First time I ran into a hotel which did not want to hold onto luggage after checking out.
