This hotel is near namba within walking distances. However only 1 service lift. Unfortunately non smoking rooms were booked out. Got the smoking room and expected it stinked badly and the carpets were dirty. Room were small not enough to open 2 luggages. Toilet was small too but functional. Simple free breakfast provided for all so it gets busy..

La habitación estaba impecable, tiene todas las amenidades necesarias, la atención del personal fue increíble, todos fueron sumamente amables y la zona me pareció excelente porque está a minutos caminando de Dotonbori y Namba Station. En general como viajera sola me preocupaba sentirme segura y en este hotel me sentí sumamente segura. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.
