"Staff was courteous and friendly, but we experienced several issues during our stay. We were informed at check-in that the elevator was out of order, and our original room was upstairs, which was not accessible for someone in our group. We were moved to a first-floor room, but the pull-out couch was missing sheets and blankets. The room was also missing basic items like a phone, clock, hangers, and bathroom cups. The handicapped parking space had not been plowed after the recent snowstorm,...

"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel The pile of snow was horrible. "Even though check in stops at midnight, our plane was delayed coming into ACY so I called around 11pm to let them know and they preprogrammed a key and had someone meet me at the office after my flight finally landed at 3am. They went totally above and beyond what they needed to. It's not fancy or anything like that but it is clean and well kept and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. THANKS!!!"
