"Thus hotel was amazing! The area was nice, close shopping, clean room, great staff, clean common areas, all of it was great! My kids adored the waterpark, pools, last river, and mini golf. I will stay here again when I am in the area."

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of things that made our stay less enjoyable. One issue was that the pool towels were taken away as soon as you left the pool area, which was very inconvenient. Also, the hotel was kept extremely cold, especially in the common areas. "The room was very neat and the scenery was great.The breakfast was also amazing. The room had great amenities and was very spacious and comfortable. It was convenient that it was so close to H20 Waterpark as well as other attractions and restaurants. The children really enjoyed themselves and ate very well in the morning for complementary breakfast and we look forward to returning in the near future...thx again! Very good stay. Will certainly recommend to anyone."

"I think the biggest issue with this hotel is the parking—it’s confusing and could definitely be organized better. Overall, the stay was okay, but nothing stood out. The food was pretty mediocre and not very enjoyable. The room was reasonably clean, but the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the experience less pleasant. It’s an acceptable place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"The cottage was great, check-in was easy and efficient. Only concern was there were no replacements for garbage bags that were used, I guess that goes with the self-sufficiency in the cottages."
