"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"After an awful first day and regretting Prebooking the next day. When I returned for another stay, things got even worse. My room was extremely cold and the TV wasn’t working. I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. When I mentioned the TV issue, I was dismissively told to “just watch the Turkish program.”

"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"Booked & prepaid 50 Euro to the hotel for shuttle that doesent show up after 14h flight and after contacting hotel 4x via chat for 24 hours prior. Had to find a taxi at Istanbul airport, the hotel wanted to reimburse me the additional costs or refund the never deleivered taxi service. Room smells uterly like rotten wastewater.
