This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. As seen in other reviews, the maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly, but the welcome at reception is definitely less than 5 star. Amazing, clean with a very nice beach.

We stopped here again on our journey. The staff were extremely friendly, and efficient. The room was really good with a great view. Excellent value for money. The food was really good. Worth the stay

We stayed in a condo, which had great kitchen facilities, a washer/ drier and a balcony with a view of the pool and lake. The pool and got tub were brilliant too. We enjoyed wine tasting and the desert centre. We wished we could stay longer than 1 night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Osoyoos. The room was spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and a 15 year old. The pool was great and breakfast fine if not exceptional - one frustration is they had no plant based milk. Something that a lot of hotels realty need to get to grips with. One night stay. Friendly attentive staff, good food. Very peaceful location, great place to relax. They do have pizza evenings which may make it a little less peaceful. Enjoyed carrot cake from bakery.

We were told when we checked in that we had been upgraded to a better room and were delighted by the beautiful view from the balcony when we opened the room door. There was plenty of room in the bedroom with a small kitchenette and dining area inside as well as outside. The air conditioning cooled the room as it was very hot outside.
