"The AC in our room was broken or super low quality. We stayed for 4 nights and set the AC to 68 to cool down the room faster (since it was at 80) and it never went below 72 the whole stay. It took 5 days to cool the room down 8 degrees. When I called guest services to ask about our AC unit on the first day, the staff was dismissive and told me that it’ll needed time to cool down (despite it being on for 4 hours and only went down to 78 at this point).
