Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. A no brainer if staying in Ostend. Room was very comfortable

It was a complete satisfactory experience, I only realised when I left that I hadn't had to alter anything heating of room or water temperature, it was perfect, and well situated for the Beach

Very nice hotel. Very close to the railway, bus and tram stations. 5 min walk to supermarket and about 10 to the seafront so ideal for exploring the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Room was slightly let down by inconveniently placed plug sockets but there were plenty of them. Bed was a bit soft but very comfy. Spacious shower and good sized bathroom. Good curtains. My room was at the back and it was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again

I can't fault this hotel It was beautiful, clean and a great size room. The kods loved the bunk beds and it was so convenient being able to shut a door between our room and the Children’s

Very warm pool - great for the whole family!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The extra large room was enormous and very suitable for four adults. It was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! We hadn't booked in advance but are glad we decided to stay. There was soo much choice.

Lovely apartment well placed to get around. The owner was so helpful and gave us lots of information. We had a lovely stay.

Parking was on the street but we got a spot right outside. Staff were brilliant, hotel bar was gorgeous and very well priced. Very close to everything you would need too. Lovely stop over but would have been happy to stay longer

We love coming to the Prado and it's location is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We will come back again, later in the year.

My family and I love this hotel, this was our 7th visit. The hotel is near to all of Oostends amenities, easy to walk to the beach, train station, shops, market, cafés and bars? The breakfast is very good, and the staff are very friendly. With A good payable parking system. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking forward to our extended family break at this hotel next year.

Never disappoints

Great breakfast Nice aura with pleasant staff.

Lovely hotel just a short walk to the seafront. Hotel very clean and fresh. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Car parking right outside the hotel at €20 a night. Spacious bedrooms - well appointed although would have welcomed tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Shower excellent and comfortable bed. Cosy bar area on the ground floor. Dining room spacious and wide choice of breakfast options. Buffet dinner option although didn’t partake as there are many excellent restaurants...

After reading mixed reviews, we were hesitant before we arrived. That said, once we arrived and checked in any concerns quickly disappeared. The building is not a purpose built hotel property and once that is understood the rest falls into place. It is Art Deco, high ceilings, large foyer stately home which has lots of history. The staff were welcoming, rooms were large and well equipped with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was substantial and shower did as you wished with good...

tram stop close by, very short walk to town centre and beach
