"Updated and well maintained older motel. Parking at front door. Quiet. Pretty small rooms, but have all necessities."

"Nice and clean!!! Lovely girl at the desk. Decent breakfast. Coffee machine was broken but same coffee can be made in the room. Was perfect and surprisingly quiet(close to highway) for our short stay. "

"Sign says “renovated rooms” however our room didn’t come with clean bedding or a comforter. Our door when shut still let light in. This property needs an upgrade. Staff member was lovely and helped us find a delicious restaurant. She also gave us an extra blanket for our bed as it was lacking. "

"The whirlpool was awesome and the AC/Heater worked great."

"The rooms were new and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable (loved the pillows), the shower was great and the breakfast was fantastic!!"

"I have stayed at the Wingate several times and they always have lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. I also really appreciate the hot, fresh options in complimentary continental breakfast. The hot tub after a long drive is another perk the Wingate offers. Will certainly stay there again."

"Room was just ok for a one night stay for a tired traveller. Motel is old and in need of remodeling. It’s been awhile since room had a really good cleaning. I moved the nightstand to plug something in. There was a beer bottle cap and a big wad of hair behind it. Very gross. "

"terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence."
