"Well located and the restaurant was really nice and breakfast lovely. Our king suite was located in the loft and was uncomfortably warm. We mentioed to the staff and they brought up an extra air conditioner. This didn’t help much and was far too noisy to sleep with it, so we didn’t sleep well. It ..."

"Not being able to adjust the temperature of you own room was an issue - you have to go down to reception to get it adjusted and being on a route home to I presume student halls of residence meant groups of noisy folk going home in groups from 02.00 - 05.30 in morning resulted in little sleep."
