What you expect from the Hilton group, all great

We always stay here when catching an early morning flight from Chopin Airport. The reception staff are very helpful, they provide a free shuttle to the airport. We had to return the hire car at the airport the day before we flew and they even provided the shuttle to bring us to the hotel. The rooms are superb, clean and very comfortable.

Brilliant hotel, very clean, friendly staff and excellent facilities. In terms of location you do have to get taxis in and out of city centre but taxis are reasonably priced so would recommend.

Spacious family room, comfy beds and powerfull shower. Free complimentary drinks in the bar on the arrival. I would recomend and would stay afain ir needed.

Great hotel with excellent airport and city connection, good restaurat, friendly staff- highly recommended

Staff are very good but particularly the English speaking waiter. He was very helpful and friendly

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt extremely welcomed. I cannot fault any of the staff, all friendly and professional.

High standard with modern interiors. Delicious food at the restaurant. Nespresso machine was a great touch as well as the water dispenser in the hallway - what a great idea. Luggage storage was very handy. Everything was excellent so we can’t wait to visit this hotel again.

I really appreciated that I was allowed to check in before the normal 15:00 time as I was able to get refreshed before my 13:00 meetings. I had one guest for breakfast and I thought the price of 75 pln was pretty steep for a breakfast. I don't understand why I was not allowed to receive a receipt for my room. I was told that because I booked the room over the internet that a receipt would be sent to my company.

Really comfortable beds. Silent on the 7th floor. Everything works in the room. Standard international hotel breakfast. Excellent central location.

good!

Was great till the last day, when I found a cockroach in the en-suite

Room condition good enough to staying Breakfast menu also very good but little bit crowded.
