Good price, booking for sleeping, nothing else

No room keys. Not good for more than sleeping. Tried to stay 2 nights during busy Kyoto travel season. It was a mess to talk through with the staff. Window was broken and the rooms were stuffy. Cleanliness was only okay the bed was big but there was stain on sheets, if we wanted room cleaning in between days we needed to check out of the hotel, the shower had a lot of mold. Nice amenities. Far from station.

Rüya gibi bir otel

Otel tek kelime ile mükemmel . Tek kötü yanı metro istasyonuna 25 dakika yürüme mesafesi o nedenle hep taksiyle gitmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz . Ama otelin odaları kocaaaaman içinde tenis maması bile var . Otelden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz . Odaya servis yemekler var fiyatlarda gayet makul .

普通のテレビだけしか利用できずVODが見られない、注文などテレビモニターを通じて行うことが一切できなかった。 ビジネスプランだったから元々利用できないものだったのか？結局理由も分からないままチェックアウトとなった。 自分で持ち込んだwifiの電波が悪くて仕事にならなかった。 枕元の備え付けタブレットも電源が切れていて、充電器に載せても充電されなかった。 ただ部屋は広すぎるくらいでゴージャス感があり、ジェットバスも気持ちよかった。

部屋の清掃はきれいにされており、従業員の方の対応もよかったです。 2泊し、掃除を無しにしてもらったのですが、ベッドシーツがめくれてしまい、その下のマット部分が見えてしまいました。かなり大量の、何回かにわけてついたであろう血の痕がありました。 お宿の趣旨的に仕方ないのかなと思う一方、見える部分はもう少し手をかけてほしいという気持ちがありました。

はじめトイレの水が流れずタンクに水が貯まらない状態になっていたので、蓋を開けて少し触ったら流せるようになった。 シャワーヘッドが壊れていて横の根元から水が飛び出してきて水圧も凄ーく弱くシャンプーすらなかなか流せなかった。 朝食付きだったのに、決められた時間にテレビ画面で注文するはずが、何回試してもずっと時間外になっていてドリンク以外の注文が出来なかった。どうもおかしいとフロントに電話をしたら、もう時間過ぎたので注文出来ないと言われ朝食は食べれなかった。 館内禁煙と書いてあるが、部屋にライターも灰皿も置いてあり部屋もとてもタバコ臭い。 もうこのホテルを使うことは無い。

京都へのビジネスプライベート混ざった旅行で一人で宿泊しました。 ビジネスに泊まろうかと思いましたが、時期的にあまりに高額、駐車場がないところも多く、こちらを選びました。 結果、大正解でした。 ジェットバスで体休められるし、マッサージチェアのあるお部屋もある。部屋も広いので連泊する方には特におすすめしまくりたいのですが、注意点が一つ。通常の電波（wi-fiでなく）はすごく悪いお部屋があります。 それ以外は本当に快適でした。 また同じような場所に来る際はこちらを利用したいと思います。
