Very clean, quiet and personnel very nice.
The only area that wasnt great, when calling in to report a late arrival, the person seemed to be a bit aggravated.
This hotel is conveniently located near one of the major highways but distant enough for the noise to be an issue. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was only evident to me by the cardboard covering the floor of the elevators. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had nice modern touches. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom/shower as it gave me the chance to utilize the sink and counter while a family member used the shower. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast; there were plenty of delicious options available. The pool was a decent size. I did not use the gym but I saw it had a stationary bike, two treadmills and plenty of weights.
The staff was always very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

You could tell it was an older hotel. They were in the process of renovation it which is the only reason i rate this as average. Even though construction was going on, the place was kept pretty clean.

Missed the fact that the room didn't have a microwave in it to warm up coffee, etc. Also no drawer space for clothes and the bathroom where the shower/toilet was is very small and you had to step all the way in to be able to close the door.

Lots of construction going on. Made it a bit unclean. And the water pressure in our room was so bad we barely got a stream out of it. Maybe it will be better once the construction was done. I also booked a king. Room was very small and that was not a king bed. Bathroom was so small it's hard to close the door.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. A large portion of the hotel was under construction so it wouldn't be fair to give a bad review on property condition. What I did see of the property was nice and I'm sure the new remodeling will be even better once finished. It wasn't a hassle. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We were not informed that the hotel is under construction, the fitness center was closed, dining was not an actual restaurant with decent food. The hotel was dirty and old.
We were here for business so it was very disappointing and not at all convenient.

Quiet place to stay! They are currently remodeling, but it's on the opposite side of the hotel. Several parts of the rim had been updated. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were great. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Great area with easy access.

This hotel is tucked away in a business park, so it is quiet and off the main road. They are doing some remodeling onsite. The staff said they are upgrading the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can order food at the front desk to take to your room. The pizza and burger we ordered were good and ready in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

We traveled to KC with friends for the weekend. We had a very nice stay. Even though this hotel is undergoing a renovation, everything was clean and in order. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the standard fare and there was something for everyone.
