Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet and seemed like good safe area.. Only complaint was lack of parking. Absolutely terrible. Not even street parking availability and a lot of reserved spots available but not allowed to park in. Toiletries were the thinnest ive ever come across. But other than that id go back

There was an open monster can on the patio, trash left in the trash can, hair all in the bed, and trash pushed up under the bed. Then when I brought up the issue, the receptionist tried to act like I was being too picky. Would not recommend this place.

We came at 3:30pm wasn’t able to check in till 8:30 8:40pm they were short staff instead of any compensation we were told that checking in at 3:00pm was luxury it’s not guaranteed we could have been waiting out there all the way till midnight. One of the the guest booked for a 2 bedroom instead got a 1 bedroom. Overall the place was nice spacious lovely would not mind going back due to the cleanliness and space.3/5

The hotel stay was comfortable and cozy, it had all the amenities of a home away from home. The property is well cared for, plus it was not loud or unsafe in any way. My only complaint is i would was some of the unit I stayed in was not properly cleaned, starting with the washer and dryer. It had an insane amount dog hair inside the crevices of the washer/dryer and the bathtub was completely clean. However the bed was super comfortable and overall I enjoyed my stay

I really liked the stay! Since they are pet friendly they need to vacuum carpets in rooms better, we had animal hair all over our socks. Besides that it was great!

Apartment we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. Floors were dirty, hair was all over the toilets, and facial hair clippings were all over the bathroom sink. Our key cards went dead three times, so I was locked out of the building multiple times within 24 hours. The overall space was nice and safe, but would’ve been much better if they had cleaned well and our key cards actually worked.

I like having a two room, two bath unit with kitchen and living area at a great rate. My only complaints are the smell in the hallways and some barking dogs inside some of the rooms.

This place was a great stay a little bit of a smaller place but it was still very nice and homey. everything inside the apartment was so updated and modern. The beds were super comfortable. This is the best location to stay it’s around everything you need oak park mall and all types of stores and food! Definitely will be staying again me and my wife loved it!

Well lit parking. Minimal traffic. Locked entry way with fast and attentive front desk. Eaay check in. Super clean lobby, hallways. Well equipped with a cute kitchen table area. Washer and dryer in the unit. Like an upscale extended stay Hotel.

This set-up worked so well for us. We were 2 couples traveling together and each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was a full kitchen and living room with the necessary dishes, utensils and cookware.
