The central location was a big plus but the hotel lacked any character or style. The room was spacious and clean but lacked amenities such as a safe and we were awoken by street noise from hotel guests smoking outside. Paper cups and basic toiletries provided were not 4 star standard, although the price was reasonable. We were happy over all because of the central location and cleanliness.

The staff is amazing. I am sorry that i forgot to ask the name of this amazing lady helping me making reservation for my stay in Grado. She was there on Monday night Sept 2nd. Without her help, i may not get a place to stay in Grado. Thanks a lot for her help. She goes beyond her duty.

Especialmente la ubicación del hotel, al lado de restaurantes y sidrerias. Muy próximo a la catedral y lugares emblemáticos, como la antigua Universidad, Ayuntamiento , la famosa calle Uria y ,Teatro Campoamor. Muy recomendable.

Hotel datato e poco pulito (asciugamani sporchi, pavimento e bagno poco puliti). Personale scortese (farta eccezione per una delle receptionist che si è dimostrata disponibile). Inoltre avevano perso la nostra prenotazione (già pagata) e ci sono volute 2 ore per fare il check-in. Unica nota positiva: location buona.

L'hotel è situato in una zona strategica e comodissima, vicino al centro, ed è dotato di parcheggio privato (a pagamento). Il personale gentile e professionale. Camera ampia e pulita, peccato che l'aria condizionata non abbia funzionato durante la nostra notte di permanenza. Buona la colazione continentale.
