"Please think twice about going here if you are an airport traveler. The shuttle service is absurd (we waited one hour and twenty minutes). We only chose this hotel cause it was close and with a shuttle and because I stayed at the Sheraton in Crystal City and it was great. This one is not. Guests go there to party and make lots of noise. We did not sleep at all and would never step into this Sheraton again."

"We booked before checking reviews and I'm so glad we did.
I just don't understand why people gave a 1/5.
This hotel is perfect for a few days stopover or more.
The metro station is a 5 minute $10 Uber ride away and the train is a $5 15 minute ride into central Washington.
The room itself was spotless with every amenity you could need.
We used the restaurant next door to take food up to the room when we returned from a day of exploring and it was delicious.

"I checked into my room and went into the bathroom. I then notice big pieces of hair all over the floor, sink, and against the wall. I went to the lobby to asked to have it cleaned. Housekeeping came with a roller and rolled the floor. I went back to inspect and no hair had been removed. I took pictures and took it back to the lobby where I was told they would have housekeeping to come clean while I was out. When I got back to my surprise no one had came. Bathroom still looked the same hair...

"Room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed. Great shower with superb water pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast (for which we paid $10 extra) was mediocre and underwhelming: eggs, sausage, muffins and mediocre coffee. No yogurt and very limited fruit selection. If you have a car, I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel."
