"The rooms are clean, the staff has excellent customer service skills. Only the elevators are slow. All over it is a great place to stay if you travel to New York and have business to take care in Queens or Long Island."

"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium!
They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work!
The room was dark and dreary!
We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel!
You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"

"Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise pollution being so close to the highway..
Our room looked aesthetically. OK bathroom was clean….. We had two queen beds and on the nightstand between the beds when we return to our room day one, were hundreds of tiny, dark brown ants. This occurred around 8 PM at night and there was no one from maintenance or housekeeping to help us, but the registration clerk found a can of raid which we used ourselves and of course the smell was horrendous…"
