Staff went over and above expectations to make sure we had a first floor room and to ensure that Expedia straightened out a glitch that had us booked for two rooms instead of one. Fresh baked cookies and smiling faces greeted us, breakfast was hot and good, and everyone had a wonderful attitude. Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. We will arrange our schedule to stay here again soon!"

"There was no one there at 3:00 pm to check us in. We arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half before check in. He told me to apply for a refund and there would be no problem. Now I've been told by someone else that we were there before 3, so tough luck and no refunds. This is a terrible place, Dumpy and there were only construction workers staying there. I tried to give business to an older property with local owners, NEVER AGAIN. This place steals your money."
