Due to Electrical Grid issues, power outages occasional, but this is universal in Monrovia. Breakfast was good. I did not use any amenities. "

"The first room I was given was deplorable. The TV and satellite (SATCON) did not work. They said they were going to fix it but never did. I was transferred to another room which was much better. However the shower faucet was broken. The positive aspect about this place is the river view. The rate is low so you cannot expect much. Only one towel is provided and the room is not cleaned daily. "

"Our stay after a week of very hot weather was relaxing and refreshing. The ocean was awesome and the staff made the stay very enjoyable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good but service could have been a bit faster. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay and use the pool and relax until we left at 4. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again! "

"Property owner and staffs very unprofessional. Owner harassed tenant for the duration of their stay. Unsafe( come into your apartment when you leave without your concern). Lies about everything from 24 hours current, internet access and others. Very noisy and nosy. "

"The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE."
