"We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! It was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issues were parking and not having central air conditioning. Although there is parking inside the garage and driveway, it was a very tight fit for both. I was in a minivan, but barely fit and didn’t want dings since it was a rental. As for the a/c, we’re from Texas so that’s all we’re used to. The house had a window unit and a portable ac— one upstairs and one downstairs....

"The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

"The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case."

"Staff was great. Unfortunately the room was SO loud…. It’s not a good sign when the room comes with earplugs.. and unfortunately they were no matched for the very loud mechanical elevator noise. It was a very poor night sleep."

"We arrived in our room and the fan was left on. It smelled like pets had stayed there. The curtains were brown and had multiple old stains. We immediately went back to the main office and requested for a different room, Unfortunately, we were told that there are no rooms available, that they are not aware of any pet smells in their hotel rooms and that only service animals are allowed. It was late and we needed to stay so we stayed. As we were walking back to our assigned room, we saw a woman...

"When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...

"Parking was good. Everything else was not. I would not recommend it to any one. They had bugs and no no cleaning staff. No clean towels, bedding, didn't empty the trash double charged me 100.00 extra for I don't know??????? Find somewhere else."

"Overall my stay was okay, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected when I arrived, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The laundry facilities were convenient to have, but I hope the property pays more attention to cleaning and maintenance in the future. With better housekeeping, this would be a much better place to stay."

"The area we stayed smelled like the pool. The hotel was good, clean, staff at check in were short. The biggest issue was the “loud” firework sounds outside all night. Made sleeping difficult. The area around the hotel was a little rough n down."

"This hotel is conveniently located. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. The only down side is the ambulance sirens to/from the hospital up the hill."
