The front desk ladies that checked us in were both nice and accomodating as well as the helpful asian lady in the front desk in the morning. Our family were all happy with this hotel . We will recommend it too to our friends who wants to visit Vancouver in the future . "

"Very happy with our stay. Room was comfortable. Service was prompt and courteous. Pool and fitness facilities were excellent. Only note would be that the cafe service was very slow, 15-20min just for drip coffee. Would have been helpful to have additional staff on what appeared to be a very busy weekend. "

"Very clean room, very accommodating staff. The only issue is that the lobby is difficult to navigate (diffucult to access elevators) when the ice room is opened and guests are waiting "

"Lovely room, we booked a one bedroom suite with our 16 month old. It was a great size, close to the pool, and smelled amazing. Actually the whole hotel smelled amazing. Very tastefully decorated. The bedroom was nice and dark for us to sleep. Would stay again for sure. "
