"First time staying at this hotel. Personal belongings left on the table during the day, and guess what? It’s GONE after a day of skiing. Never happened before after many stays in Whistler in OTHER hotels. "

"My daughter and I stayed over 2 nights to ski. The Studio suite was small but clean and efficient. There was no sitting area other than the small dining table & 2 chairs The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils and dishes for preparing full meals. Nice gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub in bathroom and a reasonable balcony with a couple of chairs providing a sitting space & lovely view in nice weather. "When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back."

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. "
