"Mix of positive experiences and a few notable concerns. Pros:
 The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled right along the Columbia River. The property itself is clean and well-kept. Complimentary bike usage. The rooms are nice overall, with a fireplace and a nice soaking tub. Has onsite restaurant and bar. There is a spa listed as an amenity, though it appears to operate on an on-call basis rather than being regularly staffed. Cons:
 The pool was a major disappointment. It’s advertised as heated, but it was extremely cold during my entire stay. I was told something was broken, yet there didn’t seem to be any urgency to fix it over the course of the week of my stay. The beds were just okay, mine had noticeable indentations and could use flipping. Bedding is minimal (just a sheet and a thin blanket), so request extra blankets if you stay here. I also had an issue with pricing transparency. After initially booking through Expedia, I extended my stay directly through the front desk and was quoted a discounted rate. However, I later found out the nightly rates varied and ended up being about $105 more than expected. To management’s credit, they did resolve the issue after I raised it, but issue left me uneasy and impacted my trust. Service Concern: While pouring coffee, a staff member (later identified as the GM) removed the carafe, spilling hot coffee on me. There was no apology, followed by overly familiar and awkward interaction. It was unprofessional and inattentive. "

"The room was clean, staff was great, pool was clean. Only “complaint” is there are 3 floors and no elevator, so only the main floor could use luggage carts. We were on the lower floor and weren’t able to use it. "

"Not a bad hotel. Living area very clean, bathroom was not bad except for ground-in dirt in the tub. Probably hard to remove maybe. Staff was excellent. I pre- checked in online, filling out ID, Credit Card and all that stuff, but had to fill out themsame information when i checked in at the front desk. I guess Travelocity didn't forward my pre-check in to the Hotel, or something like that. Sounds like it was a communication error between the two parties and made checking in a little difficult, but simple enough. Otherwise... we'll stop there again on our next trip because i feel the price was right. Hats off to the staff, janitorial might look into getting out the ground in dirt. Looks nasty."

"Breakfast was good, the room was clean. But as noted in emails received regarding the noise from the freeway/road it was terrible. Nothing you can do about it now except continue to notify guests. We won't be staying again, unfortunately."

"Harvest checked us in and she was cheerful and helpful taking care of us and giving us suggestions for dinner. I wasn’t aware that our room was a handicapped room. Not an issue except for the shower. I would have rather had a normal shower or been asked if I was ok being given a handicap room. "

"Surprisingly clean and updated rooms. Mattress was better than some places. Entering the facility was awkward. It felt like you were entering a prison (not that I have been in one). You had to use your key card at EVERY SINGLE DOOR (two to enter the front desk area and one more just to get to the hallways where the rooms are). The parking lot was large, but full, this place stays pretty full all of the time. The staff were friendly, but they were not your “typical” hotel staff, they looked a little rough. Nothing ever happened, or was observed, but I have been to places where I felt safer. I would not recommend this place to a solo female traveler, or expensive vehicles. Big things were it is cheap (word correctly chosen), clean and fairly comfortable. Just remember that this is an extended stay, so you get a motley crew of fellow inhabitants. One other thing of note. Not all rooms have blackout curtains, so if you work overnight, makes sure you get one that does. Some only have mini blinds and even at night it is still quite bright in the room. "
