"This hotel was so pretty on arrival. The trees in the lobby were picturesque with the sun shining down on them and was so happy the lobby looked just like it does on the website. We arrived early so our rooms were not ready yet and decided to take a look around. The property is right near a pier where you can shop and eat. After some sightseeing and lunch, we went back and checked in. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. (needed to know if there was a trail to run on in the morning) (and yes there is) The rooms were clean and spacious. Found a cafe onsite that sold pastries and coffee. Highly recommend. Went to Carmel by the Sea (about a 20-minute drive) for a couple of hours to take in the beach and watch some golfers on Pebble Beach golf course. There were also restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Rosine's is a must. Would definitely stay here again."
