"This is a gem that you don't want to miss! Such a nice lodge with super friendly hosts. We had a fantastic stay! Our room was really cosy and nice. The bathroom is fresh and clean. The kitchen is also cosy and clean. Everything you need is there. The garden is absolutely fantastic! All in all: don't miss this great place in Rila!"

"Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. "

"The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate. Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking. On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails"
