I love the convienence of this property and being able to just walk out of our room into the hot springs. However, for the price I expected much more from our room. I firmly understand that rooms are not the draw here, but I did expect a more updated facility. Check out the coffee shop Root just a short walk across the bridge. What an awesome treasure.

What a beautiful place. Our stay was so relaxing, our room is big enough. Sooo many options for Hot Springs its unlimited, the temperature are all different which give you a lot of choices. What a wonderful time overall. Will be back again.

The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado was an incredible experience from start to finish. The rooms in the new building were absolutely amazing — modern, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The spa was one of the highlights of the trip. Erin was hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her deep tissue massage is truly a gift — she has an incredible ability to find and work out tension while still making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The hot spring pools were fantastic and the perfect way to unwind. The entire resort has such a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. The dining options at the resort were excellent, and the restaurants in town were also outstanding. Everything from the service to the food exceeded expectations. Five stars, easily. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend The Springs Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable Colorado getaway. Landon

Hotel gave $5 discount each day to The Cafe who had excellent choices. The best Hot Springs resort! The layout w/ number of pools with different temperatures made it easy to find us all by ourselves. Beautiful setting on the river. The daily activities that guests could join were wonderful.

This is a beautiful property with well-maintained rooms, great amenities in a wonderful location. If there was any form of management, this place could be really nice One morning we went to the cafĂ© for breakfast only to see one extremely lonely, sad danish in their display case. We asked the worker about other breakfast options and she said we would be much better off to go into town. When we told her we ate in town yesterday and wanted to eat on property today she suggested another place in town instead of eating on property. The spa is very nice. My wife had a good massage. Mine was disappointing. The bigger disappointment came in the 30 minute in the serenity pool that had an extension cord run through it going out to the electric lawnmower. I don’t know Colorado electrical code but I think that plug by the hot tub should’ve been a GFI but probably wouldn’t have run the electric mower. I unplugged the cord and moved it out of the hot tub. No drink service other than going up to the bar. Our last night we did eat at wild Finch and it was exceptional in food quality, and service. Don’t get hung up on a Mountain View because there are mountains in about any direction. If you wanna enjoy the springs, it’s the place to stay. I just wish they would try a little harder to provide some customer service for what they are charging.
