"We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano Forest Inn. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. The inn has a great location just outside the national park. We were able to stop at several places before they became busy. "Hilo Town Inn is very clean and updated. We were very comfortable and Sam was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend if visiting Hilo area. "

"Very ‘old school’ facility that’s been around 50+ years… but, is simple, clean and very nice staff!!! Close by to downtown Hilo and is in a residential area. The fresh coffee, papaya & banana bread in the morning was very ono!!! We’ll definitely stay here again with our ohana on our next weekend trip to Hilo."
