"The first room we was given, the bed had not been finished being made. The staff handled that in a professional and quick manner and moved us to another room. After we had dinner and returned to our room, the ac/ heater was out so again, we had to be moved to another room. I've never have had this happen in all the years that I've traveled. I am very thankful for the way the staff handled the situation. I would return and recommend staying here. "

"The stay was great once they moved us to another room the first room the room was a little dirty, wrong size room had paid for a king and the changed it and had us in a double without informing me and the adjoining room door handle was missing so it was just a metal rod sticking out and the tv and phone didn’t work, the cable box was missing from the tv so they moved us and the new room was wonderful the hotel could use some updating though"
