What I liked about our room is that we had access to a microwave, fridge and free breakfast (omelette pancake sausage cereal and fruit) in the AM and coffee machines in the lobby 24/7. There’s a pool available in the summer. The hallways could use more lighting. If it weren’t for the above amenities, I would give it a 3. Otherwise, 4 for me."

Our room was changed at the desk as we had initially been placed in an accessible room, which we didn't require. We settled into our new room only to be disturbed by a large family walking in with cards keyed to our room. Apparently they had been given adjoining rooms which included the room we were in. "We reserved the room at least week prior to "staying", and when we got there to check in, we were told that there were no rooms left. I then said that we had paid for a room already, and the receptionist gave attitude and told us "well we don't have any rooms." There was an odd smell as soon as you walked in.
