Excellent hotel - great disabled access and considerate of accessibilty. Plenty food options for breakfast and dinner on half board. Exceptionally clean. Good spa with variety of treatments. Note you need to bring long trousers for dinner.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Everything is great, from the location, continuing with the way everything looks, the food, the pool and all the facilities. The food is very good and diverse. I would recommend to upgrade to half board if you only have breakfast included.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and right by the beach to enjoy the sun. The buffet had great food with plenty of choice both at breakfast and for dinner. Rooms are cleaned every day. Downside : the resort is built on a hill side, so plenty of stairs if you want to get down to the pool, but elevators are available as well. Also not a lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Check in was so long! We had to wait 30min just to take our hotel card because of long queue… If you want to change your beach towel it costs €1.50.. check out was long as well. Swimming pool is minimum 1.7m which I think it’s too deep. Also the water in the swimming pool was cold on our first day.

Great hotel, nice staff. Felt like a monastery!

The hotel was great. Modern, clean, staff were keen. What is slightly bizarre is how quiet it is, it's like out was half empty. The only disappointment was the gym. Whilst modern it lacked equipment. Given the vast amount of public space, they are missing a trick here. Breakfast was very good each day. The road leading to the hotel is not great and there's very little public parking but plenty on the road.

Nice hotel but can easily improve a lot. Location is great, no problem with a free parking, direct access to the beach, clean and modern. - SPA is nice, however only open for 3 days a week in the afternoon. - Gym is small, not much of free weights, no kettle-bells, bars etc. - AirCon don't work during "winter" season when there is over 30degC outside, you open the window and there swarms of mosquitos awaiting outside. - Breakfast is poor, to many processed low quality food. - Noise from adjacent rooms - TV and bathroom. - Annoying balcony lamp which is on until midnight with no switch to turn it off.

Comfortable beds, clean, excellent staff, food was ok, however the website needs to be clearer that men should wear long trousers for all the restaurants. We had to borrow some. This is a hot island and we thought this rule was mad, men should be able to wear smart shorts in this heat. Some of the women's dress was way more offensive than men in shorts!

I really liked this hotel. The staff were nice, the food was very good and I had a good room. The pool are looked nice, but I went down to the beach, preferring to swim in the sea (January). The immediate are round the hotel is not bueatiful, but inhad a car and was doing some walking. My only otther gripe was that I was offered an ugrade for a room with a view of the sea. The sea view was not brilliant, and probably not worth 3o Euros per night.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Big so needs a little time to navigate. Long way from Airport but transfers fine. Use the Hotel preferred its cheaper. Breakfast great. 2 choices for evening meal Half board good but buffet. Served restaurant nice but limited menu? Strange pizzas!! Salmon great. Good admin and customer service. Heated outside pool but i'm afraid people book the sunbeds so its a bit annoying.

Excellent- except one thing...

Great hotel, amazing room with a fantastic seaview. Good quality half board buffet. Excellent pools and pool bars. Great staff. The one let down was the tired old rule of long trousera for men in the restaurant. This really has to change, totally outdated. I understand why the rule was originally put in place (to keep up dress standards). The truth is now though that mamy men were in there wearing ill fitting, untidy jeans and even tracksuit bottoms with old trainers or flip flops. Whilst otherswith tailored dress shorts were truned away. You just need to police the people trying to enter in swim shorts and sports shorts and untidy shorts correctly. It spoiled my niggt the first night and meant i had to spend €50 on a pair of average jeans that I'll probably never wear again.

The Royal Palm – Beautiful Location, Disappointing

The Royal Palm has a stunning location and a fairly new hotel, yet the experience fell short due to poor service and inconsistent comfort. While some restaurant staff were welcoming, the overall attitude from management and reception was lacking. Requests were accommodated but felt like an inconvenience. At reception, I was rudely dismissed when trying to update my billing details, and later, when I reported my room door being left open, they abruptly hung up after saying, "Thank you for noticing." A concerning response. The dining experience was chaotic, with breakfast cleared away 30 minutes early daily. Food quality was inconsistent, and housekeeping was subpar, with broken items requiring multiple calls to reception. Work-related needs were also challenging—some rooms had no mobile reception, forcing me to switch rooms at an added cost. Internet quality varied. Additionally, in winter, the lack of air conditioning left some rooms unbearably warm and others too cold. No luggage assistance was offered, and while I was unwell upon arrival, it took time before they arranged a trainee to help. Despite its beauty, the lack of professionalism, service, and security concerns make this a place I wouldn’t return to. There are better options on the island with friendlier staff and better service.

Psychoterror am Hauptpool. Dort wird mehrmals in der Stunde ohrenbeteubendes Vogelgeschrei, wahrscheinlich zur Möwenabwehr, aus einem Lautsprecher auf der Poolinsel erzeugt. Das hält man nur mit Kopfhöhrern aus oder weicht auf den unteren Pool aus. Das muss abgestellt werden. Wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Das einzige was nicht so toll war,war das der Speisesaal sehr laut war. aber man konnte zum Glück in den Wintergarten und da war die Lautstärke in Ordnung.
