"Nice, quiet hotel."

"Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. The main rooms surround the pool and are better proportioned. The owner and the staff are very pleasant...

"This property and our family stay there was spectacular. The rooms were spacious and clean, private and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and assistance from staff. Great wifi throughout and an excellent location in the heart of Jambiani town. Excellent value for the money and I would highly recommend this to families or couples in the area. "New owners. In process of renovation. Should be better once everything is running perfectly. Service basics was good. Once kitchen, bar are up and running properly it will be a good base. Pool is really good. Wish new owners well. "
