"The room is very good and suitable, and the place is clean and well organized. However, what is lacking is the cooperation of the staff. They do not assist with booking excursions at special rates, as is common in many hotels. Therefore, you have to rely on yourself for everything."

"They didn't clean the room, just change towels, some towels with holes, toilet was splashed of feces for more than 3 days which means the didnt clean correct, i had to clean it, no ice machine in the entire hotel, they sale the ice at the lobby bar 50cents for 3cubes if ice, unbelievable, beverage were not cold in a hot city, the AC can not be lowered than 19 *C, they controlled, as a guest you can not controlled it, no matter what you complain. I won't stat here again, and I dont recommend this...

"Clean room although looks nothing like the photos and definitely not worth the price. We only stayed there one night and I’m glad we didn’t have to stay longer, there are multiple bars right across the street which did not quiet down until past 02:00. The AC was nice and it was in a good location for Torremolinos, but overall the stay was very disrupted"

"I had the all inclusive stay and loved the beer . Red wine very basic. Cocktails looked good. Food was well cooked in the restaurant but the usual hotel fare. Waiters were great. Such a big hotel complex. Red towels all over the place at 9.30 when I went out to lie in the sun. I’m so disappointed by the way people behave regards sunbed hogging. I’m going on vacation to relax, not get up early to grab my sun bed. Anyway. Clean, comfortable, good location and good Irish bars next door."
