"Rooms are very clean. People were very accommodating for our last-minute stop because we had missed our flight. My only complaint would be, they offer a shuttle, but it runs like a city bus on times schedule. It is not at the airport like you would call the hotel and let them know that you’re at the airport to pick you up. It does not run like that. It runs on a schedule going and coming. So if you need to be at the airport at a certain time, you need to look at the schedule at what time the bus will run at, but as far as the hotel itself was very good."

"As you would expect from a Marriott Autograph hotel - it was fantastic. Location is good for a short walk to the tourist area, and right next to the metro. "

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem."

"The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are very thick and long and of great quality. The quirkiness of the elevators and room decoration are terrific. It brings a unique vibe to the hotel. The breakfast buffet selections is one of the best I ever had. It was noise free during the week and great to sleep. However Friday night extremly loud music from a venue away and independent of the hotel could be heard. It it not the hotels fault and out of their control but it must be pointed out."
