This was my second 3-week stay in one year at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants and quiet at night. It is a perfect place for your vacation to Palermo!!

Amazing stay with wonderful staff

Really wonderful stay at Arche due to the amazing staff: Annalisa, Roberta, and Concetta! They took great care of us for five days. Facility is great, modern and comfortable. Good location. Highly recommend the breakfast. Great value and delicious. We will be back!

The property was a bit difficult to find. We were lucky that Rebekah was kind enough to come out in the front of the building to find us! She was so helpful. Our rooms were both spacious and comfortable. Good location and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a three-week stay at Arche Design Rooms and Suites and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, the breakfast every morning was great, and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of town, close to great restaurants and the opera house. This is a wonderful hotel you should consider when booking your vacation in Palermo!!

We spent 4 nights in the grand room. The location is great, centrally located and an easy walk to most major sites in downtown Palermo. We received clear and timely instructions prior to checking-in. The room was clean and modern. The service was fantastic; anything we asked for was provided in a very timely fashion and the staff was helpful when we had questions or sought recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Arche' to anyone staying in the area.

The room was very clearly depicted as small on the web site and it was, but so well thought out, organized and modern that we were very comfortable. The skylights were amazing and bright and the room was very well organized, clean, modern but still will lots of character. Staff were amazing..on checkin they took the time to explain many sites to see, tips and restaurants to try. When our ferry the next day was cancelled due to severe weather, staff made multiple long calls to the ferry company to help us resolve so that our trip was not ruined (which was especially helpful as we do not speak Italian). Great central location too! Would stay again without question!

The location is perfect, not loud or crowded. Directly next to a Pacifico/sandwich place! My room was on the top floor and didn’t have a window so that is why I couldn’t give a perfect 5 star rating. Everything else was great. My friend got an upgrade due to unforscene circumstances and her room was like a palace. Both rooms had AC and great showers with beautiful Ortega amenities! I’d stay there again! Perfect location to historic sights and marina. Plus, once we figured out what street we were on it was easy driving with Google maps.

5 stars for Roberta and her colleague (sorry I didn’t get her name), they made this stay what it was with their warmness and helpfulness. The room was very comfortable. Hotel conveniently located. I would recommend the restaurant just around the corner Quattro Passi, lovely staff and great seafood and pasta at very reasonable prices. I think cleaning of the room could be improved. On arrival a lot of hairs in the shower and black mould around the sink - wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay. On a day I asked for room to be cleaned, wine glasses weren’t changed. Cleaning products left in the room.

The hotel was fantastic, it was so peaceful, like a little oasis away from the bustle of the city. Annalisa and her team went out of their way to make me feel at home, to help with my plans, and answer any questions. The room was lovely - large, comfy bed, fantastic shower. Breakfast was great. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!
