"I have been to BA many times and Casa Joseph was the best place of all. The staff is wonderful, helping with anything needed, replying messages really fast and very friendly communication. They were flexible and understanding, my flight was very delayed and they accommodated changes without any problem. "It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud.
