"Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. "The restroom had a line of ants and the very old window AC sounded like a jet engine. The shower is no bigger than a phone booth and one person can barely fit at the sink. The hotel parking is free but you park in a garage down the street and around the corner. $40 “resort fee” for what? We were there overnight but I know this is not resort and it has no amenities.
